Congratulations to our 1st XI hockey squad for finishing as runners up in the plate competition at the prestigious Frank Mason tournament. A victory against Cranbrook School and a well earned draw against Sir Joseph Williamson Mathematical School meant we finished 3rd in our group.
This set up a ¼ fixture against Radnor House, which we won 5-0, and defeated Cranbrook for the second time in the day in the semi final 2-0. In the final against St Edmunds, Canterbury, we lost 2-1, St Edmunds scoring with less than a minute left on the clock. A brilliant effort from the whole squad.
The day rounds off an impressive week for our 1st XI, having beaten Tonbridge School 5-4 on Tuesday
