Sponsor Our STEM Racing Teams!

STEM Racing is a Global STEM event where students design and develop a scaled racing car and race against other schools with regional finals in December, and an opportunity to race nationally or even globally! Help our students put their design and engineering skills to the test! We aim to raise £400 per team to cover entry fees, materials and equipment for STEM Racing.

Joel Levitt Head of Design & Technology at Skinners' commented "Many of our students go on to study engineering at university and then to very successful careers in automotive, motorsports and aeronautical industries" he added "The STEM Racing project sparks the interest of our younger students. It is a practical way for them to understand some of the engineering and problem solving skills needed and the regional competitions are fierce, but great fun."
